Poor customer service. Would not recommend.
Food is good but dealing with customer service and trying to resolve an issue has been a frustrating experience. They can do right by the customer to protect the customer experience but are not helping resolve the issue. Our recent order was delivered incorrectly by UPS and this caused the food to thaw and spoil. We originally contacted Identity to update our delivery address but were redirected to UPS as the food was out for delivery already (this was 48 hours prior to expected delivery).
