Moved to the area recently and called to schedule a routine annual physical (covered 100% by insurance). The physical was fine but one month later I received a bill in the mail. Turns out they had scheduled me for a office visit which is only partially covered by my insurance. When I spoke to the manager he failed to take any responsibility for the administrative mistake and claimed that they require patients to be “onboarded with an office visit” first before being able to schedule a physical. The wait time when you call into the office is always long. If the kids were not leaving in less than a year I would move them.
