There are good stylists at Identity, but the customer needs to be careful. I have caught them overcharging me twice (for conditioning treatments that I told them I did not want when I made the appointment). The last girl who did my hair accidentally told me that sometimes the salon doesn't have the correct hair dye colors in supply at the salon and the stylists have to improvise.
