I am new to the SOO. I have been searching desperately for a beautician to get my hair done. I came across "The Hair Room." a few times while in the downtown/ Queen Street area. I was wearing a covid mask and using a walker. Perhaps not the best look, but scary or threatening. The store entrance is a high concrete step, so not handicap friendly.
