Sara is a master at her craft, everytime I come here it's a great experience! The general attitude here is amazing and there truly is no better place to get work on your hair done. 10/10 would recommend!
I usually see Sara C. for my hair color & cut, so when I expressed to her I was having trouble finding hair services for my wedding, she suggested Identity's bridal services. I’m new to the Albany, and I wanted to get full head of highlights. So, I went to Jean Paul Salons and Identify Salon. At Jean Paul, the staff acted like she annoyed of me when I asked her to repeat things, since English is not my first language, I couldn’t understand all what she said immediately. If I could possibly give this place 0 stars I would. I booked an appointment for a full highlight and at the time of booking gave a full breakdown of what I was looking for. I hair dark brown hair that has been previously highlighted and was looking to lighten further (not complicated). I have been having my hair done for 20 years the same way.
