If I could possibly give this place 0 stars I would. I booked an appointment for a full highlight and at the time of booking gave a full breakdown of what I was looking for. I hair dark brown hair that has been previously highlighted and was looking to lighten further (not complicated). I have been having my hair done for 20 years the same way. I absolutely love this salon! Emily Carciobolo is incredible I always leave feeling not only thrilled with how my hair looks, but also by the warm, friendly, and fun atmosphere. The positive energy is contagious, and it’s clear the team is well-led and genuinely supportive of one another.
I am very particular about who does my hair. I needed to find someone who works on weekends and/or evenings to accommodate my work schedule. I took a chance and made an appointment. I was given Domenica as my stylist. I am so happy with my hair - she is highly skilled!! Her personality is phenomenal, as well! ✨✨ I will definitely be back.
Sophia Stufflebeam has been doing my hair for 3 years now. She is attentive and sweet. Her technical hair skills— highlighting, toning, cutting and styling are excellent. She also pays attention to scalp and hair health, which has made a drastic impact in the look and feel of my hair. And most importantly, given the length of hair appointments sometimes, she is easy to talk to! Sometimes we chat and sometimes I read my book… she’s chill either way. Highly recommend!
