Sara C. has been great on my hair journey—I’ve followed her from her last place. When I first sat in her chair, I haven’t had a professional hair cut in 10 years. Haven’t looked back since and see her at least 2x a year. She helped me on my bleach blonde journey and back to my natural hair. Love her!! I have long hair, price is for that cut 😌
Sara is a master at her craft, everytime I come here it's a great experience! The general attitude here is amazing and there truly is no better place to get work on your hair done. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m new to the Albany, and I wanted to get full head of highlights. So, I went to Jean Paul Salons and Identify Salon. At Jean Paul, the staff acted like she annoyed of me when I asked her to repeat things, since English is not my first language, I couldn’t understand all what she said immediately.
