I lived in here for 1 year, people are really really nice!!! Actually if you are not lack in money I actually highly recommend here🥰
I'v been living at Identity for several months now, and here are some pros and cons based on my experience here: Pros: - Very close to campus - 5 minute walk to the ARC and only a block away from Trader Joe's. - Gym is fairly good. There is a range of free weights, a couple Stairmasters, treadmills, yoga mats, kettlebells, a machine with multiple attachments, and some other equipment. - Multiple areas to study in, including the Clubhouse, Sky Lounge, Quiet Study Lounge, and the other one right next to it, and the front patio... read more
The fire alarms are extremely sensitive and they will go off up to multiple times per month for no apparent reason, leaving you stuck waiting outside in the middle of the night in the cold. If you like getting a good nights sleep, I would not recommend this apartment.
