I had a good experience living here, the amenities are really good here and the location was very convenient since it is close to campus and grocery stores. The fire alarm is a little annoying and would go off without fires but other than that I had a good experience living here. I would definitely recommend it!!

Identity is a good option to look into for housing. It's close to campus and the bus lines are within a minute away. The private parking is also a good amenity since we get reserved spots.

I am so glad we chose Identity for our kid, it is conveniently close to campus and the grocery store, Trader Joes as well as all the new added shops. It is also a pretty new building so we really like the aesthetic and modern look of it all the amenities are wonderful. It is a little pricier but definitely worth the location they also come furnished which was nice we did not have to go through the struggle of moving any heavy furniture.

I've enjoyed living here. It's very convenient to be across the street from school and the staff are very nice.

i would recommend living here! it's not a bad choice since it's one of the closer off campus apartments to campus. there are many bus routes and everything's within walking distance especially to trader joes or ulta. its also pretty quiet and clean in the building. the staff are also super nice!
