Beware if you have allergies/asthma. The unit in the locked utility closet dispenses black mold and dust. U can see it on the slats of the door and the ceilings and walls from the air vents. Management was informed and rude about it. Terrible place. Would give 0 stars if I could

I lived in here for 1 year, people are really really nice!!! Actually if you are not lack in money I actually highly recommend here🥰
I'v been living at Identity for several months now, and here are some pros and cons based on my experience here: Pros: - Very close to campus - 5 minute walk to the ARC and only a block away from Trader Joe's. - Gym is fairly good. There is a range of free weights, a couple Stairmasters, treadmills, yoga mats, kettlebells, a machine with multiple attachments, and some other equipment. - Multiple areas to study in, including the Clubhouse, Sky Lounge, Quiet Study Lounge, and the other one right next to it, and the front patio... read more
