Not clean or organized, which is frightening, making me wonder about the quality and accuracy of their tests. Poor communication from staff didn't help. Overall a very bad vibe that provided me with incentive to leave and never come back.
Reasons for review were numerous. Was hard to find, and the place is very unwelcoming. Extremely poor staff communication. Drug testing results took much longer to come back than my experience with other places. Inside of facility doesn't look professional, so I really wasn't sure if it was an authorized place. Also, based on the other comments, it looks like a poorly run company that changed their name.
Lucy Oh was awesome! She was knowledgeable, friendly and fast! I highly recommend this place!
So easy, quick in and out for a hair test! Loved my experience here and I liked that they were very transparent about all the details of it. Highly recommend!!
