After the bad experience I had there previously, I have a worse one. I had an appointment scheduled for 4 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon August 17. I showed up at the office, only to find that the office was closed, due to construction in the plaza. I called the number and another one of their branches answered the phone and had absolutely no explanation as to why I was not notified or rescheduled.
