This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. The staff refused to take accountability for repeated mistakes, and communication was inconsistent throughout the process. I came in open-minded and genuinely hopeful, wanting to see the potential in what was being offered, but instead I was left confused, anxious, and mentally exhausted rather than supported. Absolutely the best place I've been to here in Los banos , friendly staff very helpful and caring. 10/10 recommend
