My family attends iDental. We went in Dec shortly after they opened up in their new location. The registration process was smooth. There is lots of parking and no accessibility issues were noted. The office is very clean and modern. The front staff were pleasant and efficient. My nervous 6 year old did well in the chair and my 11 year old found the process to be easy and comfortable. Awesome staff!
As always, the hygienist (Tyler in this case, but I've had cleanings by Stephanie and others over the years) was great: friendly, polite, professional, helpful, understanding, educational, all the good stuff. And as always, Dr Friesen was... none of the above. Really really none of the above. But the staff are always great. And sometimes there's another dentist there you can see instead. I was taken right away. Made to feel very comfortable and addressed all my questions. The people working in this office make one feel that all my needs will be meet. My teeth work was none painful. Great Service!!!
