Here’s the story. I purchased a 2021 Orca Black Audi Q8 from a dealer on the peninsula last year. They said they’d get it “all cleaned up for me”. What they meant was, “Will put a bunch of swirl marks in your black paint!” I was definitely disappointed, but not to worry they said they owed me a detail, so I took it back and they detailed it. Since I'm about to put my 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman up for sale, it was time to give it a most needed interior and exterior detailing service. Iden's Dealer Services came highly recommended. They do the detailing for several dealerships in the area. I dropped it off at Lexus of Bellevue and their shuttle service took me to a nearby golf practice facility while I was waiting.
