Since I'm about to put my 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman up for sale, it was time to give it a most needed interior and exterior detailing service. Iden's Dealer Services came highly recommended. They do the detailing for several dealerships in the area. I dropped it off at Lexus of Bellevue and their shuttle service took me to a nearby golf practice facility while I was waiting. Took a brand new Tesla in for PPF and tint. Results - terrible quality job and lack of accountability Terrible work quality - 1. The staff at Iden scratched the center console 2. window tint has dust/hair in between the film 3. Car door could not close properly after the tint job.
