After several unsuccessful attempts to find the right builder in Eastern Tennessee, we were referred to Idell Construction. Called here several times as we're looking to build in the Greeneville, TN area. Will not return calls or even answer the phone. Very disappointing given the great recent reviews. I'll bet I hear back from them after this review though. Responding to this review 3 years later further affirms this review in my opinion.
I am a local Realtor in the area. When my husband and I decided to build, I knew Idell Construction was the only team that I trusted. From start to finish the whole process was handled with integrity and quality products. I highly recommend Idell Construction for all your building needs. We absolutely love our home and would build again with the Idell team.
We had Idell contracted to remodel our upper and lower porches. They did an awesome job and were very effececient with their time.
