After several unsuccessful attempts to find the right builder in Eastern Tennessee, we were referred to Idell Construction. From our very first meeting with Jeff, Josh, and Victor through the day we took possession of our home, everyone involved demonstrated professionalism and integrity. Called here several times as we're looking to build in the Greeneville, TN area. Will not return calls or even answer the phone. Very disappointing given the great recent reviews. I'll bet I hear back from them after this review though. Responding to this review 3 years later further affirms this review in my opinion.
