Customer service was responsive, clear, sensible, friendly and helpful.
I had great experience. I needed special hinged supports for an island I was building, and I ended up speaking with a representative who told me when a shipment would come in, made sure I had the right size, and messaged me to make sure I was able to complete the order. The supports came in and are perfect.
