I can't believe this place is still operating. Abtsolutely the WORST On-line buying experience I have ever had. I've been waiting for over a month!! Called customer service and got an overworked completely powerless person who could only repeat the same lies. Either the just don't care or they are deliberately lying to me over $15. Pure garbage. Don't waste your money. Bought a micro touch hair trimmer. Worked once, never worked again. Pushed the little button, little light goes on, nothing happens. New batteries.

The worst products Made in china rubber band snaps before you even launch the product. Bought 2 of these at dicks sporting goods. I wonder how many people wasted their money. I gave one as a birthday gift along with a gift card and one to keep for my 2 boys. Now I and my boys will be branded as a crappy birthday gift com artist just like ideavillage. Notice how I had to tie the rubber band in a loop. It’s about to break again. Better to replace the rubber band… I lost the reciept. Can’t even return this crap

I received the Helio Air Broom and it is not easy to put together for a 68 year old woman. It did not come with the dust pan nor the mini as advertised. I DO LIKE the way it sweeps but would really like to have the dust pan.

Used th Microtouch Titanium Trim 3 times. On my 4th time the On/OFF button nolonger works. I tried to contact them. No phone number. Suggest they change their name to INVISIBLE VILLAGE which them better. Our country should stop allowing anything from China until they upgrade the quality of products they export.
