WARNING CAUTION : do not go to work at this place, large turn over, it's a husband/wife duet. The husband is a sane rational human being. The wife is in need of a psychiatric evaluation. I was forewarned and didn't take the advice I was given. Wish I had. But if you are down and out, conditioned to abuse, have low self esteem it might just work.

I found the review from Dessa Caldwell. I had a completely different experience. I wanted to share my own... I worked for Ideaman in 2016 and 2017. I reported directly to Wendi Swoboda. She was an outstanding manager. She provided excellent training. She was incredibly patient with me as I learned the responsibilities of my job. She was always available for help when I had questions. She was always supportive and encouraging in all things.
