We tend to not post reviews, but this one is 100% deserved. Great service all round, from quoting the screw-pile installation through to following up with all the required paperwork, and then some. The price was excellent, as were the service, and the communication from the people in the office and the guys on site. These guys are all over it!
Unfortunately probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had for a soil test. Technician who completed the test was great. Following up, I was told please allow a further 7 business days from test to report. Report took 2 weeks from soil test to me getting the report. I had to make numerous phone calls, in-fact 4 days in a row to see where my report is. I was advised it would be sorted and sent that day or the following day under urgent. I Was told I would be called back several times to confirm, never had a response.
Jamie and team are the best in the business. Overall experience was seamless. Expert installation of 100+ galvanised screw piles at my residential project, pricing is excellent and service fantastic. I would recommend Ideal Corp to family and friends in a heartbeat.
