I loved the program and found that it worked—I lost 23 pounds in 6 weeks. I wasn’t hungry during the process, though I did experience some cramping in my legs and feet. The staff is super nice, and I’d consider joining again. However, I feel that once the fat loss drops are gone, the weight tends to return quickly. I don’t eat fast food, yet the weight was back within a year. Now I feel stuck and like I can’t lose at all. It’s just too expensive to stay on the fat loss drops long-term.

I have had an amazing experience with Ideal You. The moment I made the decision to use Ideal You to help me loose weight every thing went well. The staff is always there to help you no matter what time you call or what problems you might encounter. Sarah is currently my coach and I wouldn’t change anything about my interaction with her.
