Very poor communication service & POOR operational management:Had them for 4 ************* missed EVERY SCHEDULED SERVICE. Had to call their contact person in *******, ******* multiple times to get accurate information. They billed for a service not requested. Crew was sloppy dressed, poor equipment. She said the owners were away on a mission!!!!
