I’ve been searching for a women’s health provider who would take time to hear my concerns and address my healthcare needs according to what I prioritized as important. Dr. P made me feel heard. I appreciate the timely/ professional manner in which she and her office handled my care and treated me.
Horrible patient care, left me with a huge hemotoma on my incision site after laparoscopic surgery, in horrible pain and I couldn't get a hold of her. when I finally did get in to the office for an appointment they left me standing there (can't sit due to hemotoma and in extreme pain!) until I collapsed from the pain...other patients had to ask them to see me first! Had to call multiple times to finally get a response on a Friday at 430, ten days post op!!!! No help, just advising pain mgmt but not offering any pain killers.... read more
I saw this office with my first pregnancy which was easy and uneventful. When I got pregnant the second time, it ended in an early miscarriage. The way this office dealt with something so common for so many women has made me rethink using this office again for any future pregnancies. The front office staff was rude, impatient and used condescending language as I navigated making follow up appointments for my miscarriage. I wanted to establish myself as a patient here but the front desk staff lacked so much professionalism and training so I won't be going back .
Had to wait over 40 minutes for my appointment and the front desk lady with her airpods in gave me attitude saying this is every doctors office. No one told me there would be a wait and I had to ask how much longer and got a side of attitude with my question. I work in an office and I understand front desk jobs are difficult but the front desk doesn’t know how to speak to their patients.
