Cedar is one of the most wonderful doctors I’ve ever had and Dr. Sis is great but the rest of the office staff are horrible and don’t follow through on anything. Rude, complacent, and non communicative. They’re impossible to get a hold of, it’s a headache to get anything you need done from the office staff. I’m writing this review based on my experience with the front desk, not the physician. When I called to schedule my first OB appointment after a positive pregnancy test, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I was told the office does not do pregnancy confirmation and that I needed to go to my primary care provider or urgent care first. Giving 4 stars because Cedar is one of the most wonderful doctors I’ve ever had. I would give 5 stars but the rest of the staff (and I’m just going to say it) is freaking garbage. Rude, complacent, lazy and non communicative. They’re impossible to get a hold of, it’s a headache to get anything you need done from the office staff. They could care less. Given the quality of doctors they are employed by you would think they’d show the same respect regardless if they’re behind a front desk or not. Do better.

My review is regarding the front desk. It’s unprofessional. Two assistants, Angie Sastres and Claudia Gutierrez gossip about you and make you uncomfortable. They ask a lot of personal questions unrelated to the appointment confirmation or the appointment itself. If it weren’t for the front desk assistants, I would be giving them a better review.

My partner and I can’t think of a single good thing to say about this place. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Such rude and mean staff! OH AND they will charge you upfront for birth and will make you pay it before services are even provided When asked why their reasoning is “not enough people pay their bills so we have to do this” When I asked other doctors, they had never heard of something like that before. Assuming because it’s a private practice.
