I highly recommend Dr. Pattamakom and the entire team at IWH! The office is always clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Pattamakom is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and heard. I always have a great experience and truly appreciate the excellent care I receive.
I really really hate there new appointment system , i’ve been a patient of Dr. Pattamakom‘s for a very long time and I love her and I love the stuff but this new system is just impossible. Very hard to set up for an appointment or to even get anyone on the phone. I think they really need to work on this. I’m really considering going somewhere else.
I m traumatized. Very bad experience with Patamakon. Never go back.
Cedar is one of the most wonderful doctors I’ve ever had and Dr. Sis is great but the rest of the office staff are horrible and don’t follow through on anything. Rude, complacent, and non communicative. They’re impossible to get a hold of, it’s a headache to get anything you need done from the office staff. They could care less, tell you there “too busy” to help you even thought you’re one of the patients keeping them “busy”. They take zero responsibility for their wrong doings and negligence. I’m writing this review based on my experience with the front desk, not the physician. When I called to schedule my first OB appointment after a positive pregnancy test, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I was told the office does not do pregnancy confirmation and that I needed to go to my primary care provider or urgent care first.
