We are enjoying the new windows. The installation was great and all our concerns were addressed.
Ideal windows replaced all the windows in our house. They were easy to work with as we were deciding what type of windows we wanted to go with. The showroom had samples to look at and they were never pushy. Ideal Window's customer service is excellent. They were came back out promptly and addressed any concerns with no problem.
