As always I am pleased with the service, friendliness, the fact that I'm kept informed of what's happening during the visit, and the professionalism. I would and do recommend Dr. Norige and his great staff whenever I can.
The one and only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that my appointment was moved with two days notice. Reason given? There was training the day of my appointment. Why would you make my appointment on a training day? Shouldn't that be on your calendar months ahead of time? Like whan I made my appointment?
Dr Noirge and his staff make going to an otherwise uncomfortable experience, a quick painless procedure.Heather and Joe always greet you with a warmth,as if you were long lost friends they hadn't seen in forever.The rest of the staff are very friendly and professional.I would recommend Dr Noirge and staff very highly.
Jessica was very thorough, when doing my cleaning and also informative.
