A simple procedure was done today however it was done quickly and professionally. Less than 30 minutes and painless! 👍
So far I am impressed. Dr. Norige has great bedside manner, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was knowledgeable and efficient. This appt was a result of a less than positive experience at my current dentist's office. I liked the way Dr. Norige gave me background info, he didn't form an immediate conclusion but wants to rule out the possibility of another cause before jumping in with a procedure. So far I am very pleased and totally expect to be a new patient here.
I had a small chip in a filling and Dr. Norige worked me into his schedule but also took the time to fix the chip quickly. I didn't have to make another appointment to go in and wait. The front desk people are always very welcoming and friendly and the hygenist was upbeat and friendly too. Dr. Norige is always pleasant, we get along well and he makes sure I am relaxed during my dental appointment.
Shelby was a very friendly dh and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth
Staff is very friendly. Office is comfortable and inviting. Very thorough, Informative and anxiety-free first visit.
Although, like most, I abhor going to the dentist, the entire staff at South Windsor Smiles eases the experience measurably. From the Doctor down to the front desk...all knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Don't bother looking for another dentist...go here.
My visit was great as usual. Every time I've been to SWS I am treated with respect and courtesy and today was no exception. This is the best dental office I've ever been to.
In the past, going to the dentist was not something I used to look forward to; I used to feel quite nervous and uptight. Maybe, because I'm older and more sure of myself I feel more relaxed now, but perhaps the people at South Windsor Smiles have a lot to do about making the patients feel quite at ease.
