I was scrolling Facebook and found an ad for redlight at ideal weight loss & wellness Colorado. I had to laugh because I called and ‘Ash’ answered and I thought I had called the wrong number I was so confused. I have been a client since November 2023. I lost 58 lbs from Nov. -Apr. leveraging their TWS and Red Light Therapy. Since then I continue to spend time with Kim, Dawn or Allison three times a week enjoying red light therapy. I am no longer using it for weight loss, but for stress management.
