Kim is the best coach for weight loss. I did Ideal Protein to lose weight after gaining some weight back. Kim is encouraging and very helpful with tips and tricks to help the program work for you. I will go back to Kim again if I need to take off some weight in the future, but she has given me a great path to keep the weight off! The other people in the office are also very kind and friendly!

I was scrolling Facebook and found an ad for redlight at ideal weight loss & wellness Colorado. I had to laugh because I called and ‘Ash’ answered and I thought I had called the wrong number I was so confused. Turns out Pinnacle Chiropractic and Spinal Rehab Center of Highlands Ranch and Ideal weight loss & wellness are in the same office and I had just went to an appointment from an ad for chiropractic services. I have been a client since November 2023. I lost 58 lbs from Nov. -Apr. leveraging their TWS and Red Light Therapy. Since then I continue to spend time with Kim, Dawn or Allison three times a week enjoying red light therapy. I am no longer using it for weight loss, but for stress management.
