I was scrolling Facebook and found an ad for redlight at ideal weight loss & wellness Colorado. I had to laugh because I called and ‘Ash’ answered and I thought I had called the wrong number I was so confused. I have been a client since November 2023. I lost 58 lbs from Nov. -Apr. leveraging their TWS and Red Light Therapy. Since then I continue to spend time with Kim, Dawn or Allison three times a week enjoying red light therapy. I am no longer using it for weight loss, but for stress management. I would like to thank Kim and the staff at Ideal Weight Loss & Wellness Colorado for helping me through my weight loss journey in the 60 LipoMelt Body Sculpting. I had went into this journey thinking that I would not be able to achieve my target goals of losing 15 lbs. To my surprise, I lost a total of 20 lbs. Without Kim weekly feedback and coaching, I would have not been able to accomplish this. The best advice I received from Kim was stop being mean to myself. This is a wonderful program and clinic.
