With Tammy’s help and the Ideal Weight Loss Clinic I am currently down 115 lbs. Ideal Protein is great for weight loss, it gets you to burn fat mass while keeping lean mass. Their coaching is awesome for helping un box the habits around why I gain weight, how fat is made, how fat is burned, recognizing my food habits and how to overcome them. I’m someone with 40 years of bad eating habits, I’ve recognized them and have changed them with their coaching help. I’d give more stares if I could.

Nothing I did worked for me. I went on a diet and only then did I lose some weight through my own efforts, but as far as the machines go, my stomach is still as sore as it started. I told her about this and she told me that if I wanted to continue with the treatment it would be useless and now it turns out that I have to pay 2600 for nothing. Be careful, don't let your money be scammed.
This was the jumpstart. I needed on my new lifestyle of getting healthy. I needed a program to follow to get started. Well worth it. Food wasn't too bad. They was always there to answer my questions.
