Just took my son to Dr. Vu for the first time and he was great. Very personable makes you very comfortable. Was very pleased with the service received at Ideal vision center. Would highly recommend.
I stumbled upon ideal vision through a google search looking for a fast appointment for my son. I called in for a appointment and spoke directly with Dr. Vu. He set my appointment up for the next day after my son got out of school. I want to mention my son has really bad whitecoat syndrome. He panics when he has to see any type of doctor. I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Nick. He is truly the best at what he does. What makes him the best is his attention to detail and the care he has for his patients. When you walk in you are more than a patient you are family.
I scheduled an appointment for my autistic brother to get his eyes checked. Dr. Vu was patient enough accommodate all my brother's needs as well as ensured he had a great experience. In addition, Dr. Vu followed up with me after his appointment providing me in great detail of his glasses, cost, and other health issues that I was not aware of for my brother. I can tell he cares for his patience and puts great pride in his work!
