Absolutely great here! This is my favorite vision center ! He is amazing and very helpful with everything. They also have a very wide selection of eyewear to choose from so I highly recommend! Thanks very much !
Called in this morning to make an appointment, said hello I was calling to make an appointment. man that answers the phone is so rude and says “first off happy new year and thank you in a weird tone, what is your vision plan?” I respond “I’m not sure what you mean, what type of insurance I have?” he says “its a pretty straight forward question, so let me ask again what is your vision plan?” then goes on to say some people don’t have vision plans and should stick with their in network providers lol ok being condescending to m... read more
Just took my son to Dr. Vu for the first time and he was great. Very personable makes you very comfortable. Was very pleased with the service received at Ideal vision center. Would highly recommend.
I stumbled upon ideal vision through a google search looking for a fast appointment for my son. I called in for a appointment and spoke directly with Dr. Vu. He set my appointment up for the next day after my son got out of school. I want to mention my son has really bad whitecoat syndrome. He panics when he has to see any type of doctor.
