RecommendedI do not, nor have I ever lived here, but I spent 11 months researching mobile home communities, all of Lapeer County and several in Oakland and Genesee Counties.( about 30 ) I quickly reduced my search to just 2 communities, and Ideal Villa is one of them. I drove through this community at least once every month for 11 months, and I always left with a smile on my face. Lived there owner is great his daughter that runs the place not so much. Place is a run down mobile home park she is the worst manager thy ever have had. When thy do fix something it is half assed . So many trees that will ruin your vehicle and takes them forever to trim if thy even do it Mail is not secure have had many things stolen. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy don’t do it not worth the hassle.
This place is a joke and not a funny one all the trailers are incredibly old the park is not up to code nor can you even use the clubhouse for events like other trailer parks such as Hunters Creek. Its cheap yes but you get what you pay for... this in my opinion would be a last resort plus the woman that runs it is crazy and always in her tenants Business!
The park offers nothing to its residents, not so much as a swing set for the kids. Zero amenities and a management style that drives out renters.
