I’ve lived in this park for almost 7 years now and other than new locking mailboxes everthing else has been downhill. Cambio purchased this park from private ownership and then raised our rents 290$ a month within a two year span. I’m gonna rent a house cheaper than this 2022 mobile home lol. I’ve spoken with maintenance and mgmt about water at the entry doors several times and still no one comes to hang simple gutters over the doors. Seems like a very nice, quiet, clean place to live. The staff I did get to meet, were very friendly. I do wish they'd salt their park more often because my car has slipped coming into or leaving the park. If not the entire park at least the entrance because leaving from here going right ir left can be extremely difficult when there is ice and ir snow. And wuth it beubg one lane in each side of the road theres almost Always alot of traffic and it's very challenging to leave oit from this park.

Even new office manager very unprofessional. Swears she knows fair housing. Hell company cread goes by fair housing ! Need to send all to class ! People would not be waiting, a year and a half to get stuff done . Neighbors here three year still waiting on driveway . Maybe just over a month ago finally got storm doors . No excuse work orders lost ? Then told not . Maybe more then work orders was not on computer , like various other things !
