The credit card machine charges $.50 more than cash and more than what is advertised. Not cool!
The sons are super friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure the machines are fully replenished and always well maintained. If you are looking for a reliable, quick and smooth vending service this is the company for you.
Our company has been with Ideal for many years now. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied ( and we are) ! They are always prompt and courteous, and a pleasure to work with !!
Terrible Costumer Service. Unacceptable in NYC. There is way too much competition out there, to make it worth dealing with Ideal Vending. I called so many times, and asked to have their representatives ( Sales Team) call me back. NOTHING. No phone call, no email, NOTHING. We give them a lot of business, now I'm shopping for someone else. Machines are OLD and DO NOT WORK. I hope someone reads this, and takes this matter seriously. Its not a matter of selling your services, its also a matter of keeping them.
