Had them install a putting green in our backyard. Crew was great and Stefon from Ideal Turf was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of turf we could pick from. I had 1000 questions and he answered them all with ease! Great company to work with, I would highly recommend!
Worst follow up/customer service/warranty work - “liaisons” won’t return your call….. Refuse to follow up on their work - Trista wi t return a call…..
The turf is very nice and is holding up well to my 100 lb dog. The installers were fantastic and did everything possible to keep the materials confined to one area and complete the install in a very efficient and timely manner. Very easy process from start to finish.
