In 2022 after getting a couple of quotes I decided to go with IdealTurf. In 2025 I was having problems with my fence bowing, turf lifting, and washing out, long nails out of the turf. The rock and base were leaking into my neighbor’s yard; it has pushed the fence enough to cover a sprinkler head and damage the entire fence. Ideal Turf recently completed a back yard project for us. We found the company easy to work with. The estimator was able to provide several options to choose from. The installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient and hard working. The lawn looks great, and we were very pleased with the project. Unfortunately, after one year of use, we tried to get the company to come back and touch up some areas where the turf flattened. We were told the company was out of business and the new owner was not obligated to honor the warranty.... read more

Had them install a putting green in our backyard. Crew was great and Stefon from Ideal Turf was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of turf we could pick from. I had 1000 questions and he answered them all with ease! Great company to work with, I would highly recommend!
Worst follow up/customer service/warranty work - “liaisons” won’t return your call….. Refuse to follow up on their work - Trista wi t return a call…..
