I am very satisfied with this company. I found them while searching online and although I do not live anywhere near them they shipped my order wonderfully. Service was fast and efficient the product is awesome and the delivery was quick.
Ordered a chimney support bracket on Monday received shipping information on Thursday and it arrived on Friday. And is exactly what I ordered.
On 2/18/21 I placed an online order. My card was charged, and I received an email confirmation. On 2/27/21, ten days later, my credit card was credited. I received no notification from True Value about any problem with the order, so I tried to call them. Their phone is not set up to receive messages and the message said to email. I did and received a response claiming that their site says they do not ship to Hawaii.
