Ripped me off for $3,500.00 and charged me $60.00 to get my keys back because, used profanity because, my transmission was still slipping and I was pissed. They took the torque converter out and spray painted it and stuck back in my truck charged my for a new one. Broke my gear shift, now I can't put my truck in o/d.
Total Ripoff! They quoted me $1200, then kept my car for almost a month and it ended up costing me close to $4k. They told me they did a complete rebuild of the transmission and not 2 weeks after getting it back I started having the same exact problems again. They assured me it was just a valve body and they would order the part. they took over a month to order the part during which time my car left me stranded in Florida because of the transmission.
