Run down. Disgustingly deplorable trailers. Missing floor, can see the outside thru it. All the rusty points on the trailer make me want a tetanus shot. Owners ignore phone calls and maintenance requests and requirements.
I love it hear..new owners...clean now and are fixing it up all the time...
