We have been using Ideal Touch for years. They have always provided us with fair and reasonable rates! Always very prompt and they do a phenomenal job.
Came out to review and walk through project. Provide quote. Scheduled work. Went over plan when they arrived. They were not prepared to do the work and needed more material than what they quoted. Said they were going to requote. Never heard from them again despite following up on the status. Incompentant and unprofessional.
Romel and his team were outstanding! The best our yard has looked in a long time! Would definitely use their service again!
I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail by Ideal Touch Landscaping. Called Romel last week and its done today. He went out of his way to find exactly the nugget bark I wanted and the heavy duty rubber edging. Also a very fair price. I highly recommend Ideal Touch Landscaping.
Ideal Touch team all do a fabulous job from the front desk and communications to the work they do on my property. I had them out for an initial job to install pavers and clean out the entire yard (new house moved into that the yard was neglected for years).
