I was helping my parents out by finding a company to get the job done. I called around and got nowhere. It was either, they don't do ductwork, they don't answer, they're booked, or they don't service my area. I finally found Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling as I was crossing off my list. Excellent service, communication, timeliness, and cleanliness. We had them install a new furnace and air conditioning and they did a great job all around. When the said they'd be here at 9 to start they showed up at 8:59. The job was done on time and on estimate, and it works great. With the quote for the job they offered options in case the original quote didn't meet our budget. Would strongly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company! I have never used this type of heating system and the air temp was barely warm so I called them and they came out within an hour! Seriously an hour and showed me how to use the heaters and explained everything and refreshed the Freon and I am not warm and toasty.
