Great customer service
Had a horrible experience here. Ordered paint from the shelburne store at 11am for a customers project. Was told it would be brought up for 2pm by the Orangeville store. Showed up at 2 to get it and Orangeville never even picked it and had no more drivers coming up to the area. I had to drive a hour to go get it and when I arrived and told them the situation they didn’t care at all and didn’t even offer me an apology. Knowledgeable staff who immediately understood what I needed, located the part instantly, it was ordered and arrived exactly on time, no problem, simply excellent. Definitely at the top of my supplier list.
