This place looks like an amazing place to work. I applied and hopefully,I get to be a part of the Ideal Steele family. Very organized and clean for a steel mill.
Very unprofessional. Will fire people who show up to work everyday but keep people who don’t and have a terrible work ethic.
Terrible employers. Do not work here bc they will fire you over “attendance” even though you got injured on the job and have doctor notes to prove
