Trato muy amable de las recepcionistas, mi mamá muy contenta con la terapista, le dio sus ejercicios traducidos al español para que ella los entendiera bien, trato muy amable de todo el personal y no te hacen esperar para pasarte en tus citas.
I had 3 tears in my right shoulder and was referred to Ideal PT by my Ortho Dr. From the start I felt very comfortable there. All the staff were amazing and I left feeling 1000 times better than when I arrived for my first appointment. The exercises given to me I will continue to do to help strengthen my shoulder. Thank you so much!
Not sure why this place is rated so high, went here for a knee injury and every concern I voiced was dismissed. Seemed like the pt that was assigned to me : John Djerbaka, didn’t care about anything I had to say, told him I fear I may be super imbalanced considering my left knee collapsed inwards while squatting, he said everyone’s imbalanced.. even if that may be true, his job as my pt would be to figure out how much of an imbalance since it led to a serious injury, but he dismissed me, printed out a piece of paper and sent... read more
Been coming to Dr Joe for over 5 years - always so nice and fixes my back pain-
i recommend you do not go here!!!i was going here and i had to be having physical therapy for my leg and they told my transportation that it’s not important for me to go that i can reschedule which i’ve had to reschedule multiple times because of the front desk people and they decided to discontinue services because they said realistically there’s no reason for us to keep seeing you your just going to stay that way.when the type of surgery i had wasn’t commonly known and my surgeon is the one saying i need to continue physic... read more
