Very knowledgable staff and comprehensive service offerings, with reasonable labor costs for installation. We used Ideal Sound and Vision for home theater surround sound, OLED TV purchase and installation above fireplace location, home security, and home network wiring for a newly constructed house. Nate was very responsive to feedback and changes requested from the initial quote, as well as further customizations that became indicated after the house was fully constructed.
