Bob Pryce is so impolite, I had cancelled my policy because of him. He is the worst person you would want to deal with.
Bob Pryce was amazing to deal with! He really came through for me in the eleventh hour! It was a very stressful situation, with very little time left before my previous insurance expired. He came through big time! Not only did he come through, he had the best rate! I highly recommend Ideal Solutions and Bob Pryce! Very proactive, competitive and professional.
Impolite, arrogant, and uncourteous employees work here. Dealing with them was a regretful experience.
