Decided to visit after having really bad tooth pain on a Saturday & they were opened. The visit was great, the front receptionist Lauren was very helpful and sweet. Ended up seeing Dr. De Vales & Natalia which were amazing. After one visit I ended up making the decision of changing them as my permanent dentist. If you live in the area and are looking for a dentist give them a try and they won’t disappoint. Great staff & open on a Saturday is hard to beat.
I love Ideal Smiles!!!! 5-star experience in every way! Everything is convenient and seamless, from booking and confirming appointments and billing to providing quick and professional services every time. I have been going to the Plantation location for years and have never waited in the waiting room for longer than 3 minutes. They are all amazing - Heather, Lauren, Natalia and Dr. DeVales are always so welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend this office to anyone!
