This has to be the worst dentist, call me to come in at 3pm and the are closed, caps fell off the next day, took 2 weeks to fix never answer or call back. Been 4 months and still working on 3 teeth! Save yourself time and tooth pain don't go
The worst experience. I went in for a deep cleaning and was told the insurance would pay for it after having an extraction just days earlier at Ideal. Only to get to the appointment and be told insurance would not pay and the dentist will not do a regular cleaning because it was only cosmetic. I should have been told the truth and I could have at least prepared for it. I came a long way and was a regular patient. I thought going to a all female practice would be nice, but I guess not. I appreciate that the staff here is friendly, but I was not happy with the overall service. I had to wait more than an hour in the room before the doctor came in, which was very frustrating. The area was extremely crowded and so noisy—almost like being right out on the street. I could hear everything happening in each room, which made it really hard to relax, especially when you’re getting a tooth pulled. Dr. Nour and Dental Assistant were so wonderful. it was my first time coming to this dentist, they made me feel welcome and at ease. and they made me laugh a lot LOL i’m looking forward to coming back.
