My experience here was incredible!As I walked in D.D at front desk welcomed me with a warm Beautiful smile....(I was really nervous!)....but just a few minutes in,she had me totally relaxed!♡ Then I was called back and Dr.Elkatib wonderfully explained protocol very throughly truly very sweet and kind...last but not least my hygienist (dental assistant Haneen Eid performed a wonderful job as well! I would highly recommend this practice to everyone!You will not be disappointed!♡
Dr. Alaa really had me laying there like “I’m not scared” while gripping the chair for emotional support Never thought I would be saying this for someone who forcefully kept my mouth opened for an hour and a half for a root canal procedure and I love the questions and the humor of when she asks me questions while shoving a bite block between my jaws. I had a great experience with Dr. Alaa, Dr. Nour, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kharashi, and Dr. Ahmed Mustafa. Dr. Alaa made my tooth extraction very smooth and comfortable—she is kind and gentle. Dr. Noor did my cleaning and was very professional and thorough. Dr. Ahmed Al-Kharashi and Dr. Ahmed Mustafa were also excellent, providing high-quality and professional care. Highly recommend this clinic!
I had such a great experience at this office! The entire team is welcoming and professional. Dr. Alaa and Dr. Nourhan are both incredibly knowledgeable and truly take their time with each patient.
