David and Abel were knowledgeable and attentive to quality work. David went above and beyond to ensure positive communication and follow-up. The project was a little more difficult than anticipated and the crew clean up could have been more thorough. Overall pleased with the outcome of the project and David's high standards.
We recently had Ideal Siding install James Hardie siding on our home. While the final result looks good, our experience was somewhat mixed due to communication issues throughout the project. The initial communication leading up to the project was solid, and we were assured we'd work closely with a Project Manager. David Park, the project manager for this job, was an excellent communicator and had an “open ear” when some concerns were raised on my end. We were able to discuss the project to its end, and even had a “post game” conversation. The crew worked hard, but unfortunately an unexpected delay occurred. The team bounced back quickly to complete the job near the “expected deadline” I had proposed earlier. Nice work, and now I have piece of mind. I would definitely hire David for future projects!
We replaced the whole siding of our house. David is very responsive for all of my questions and requests and update the quotes quickly, answered all questions before we signed the contract. Abel and his crew were also very nice, coming on time and did hard work. We are satisfied with the quality of their work and definitely recommend Ideal Siding.
