I had a very very bad experience, customer service was horrible same with the workmanship.
Had to hire another contractor cause I couldn't get a hold of this company no call backs.
Terrible customer service and really rude
Ideal Siding was the one of two companies that provided a quote to our job. We contacted 10 other companies and all of them except one ghosted us. Tom came for a site visit, understood the complexity and the requirements of the work to be completed, provided a professional quote that was accepted by the board. Chris oversaw everything and the duo the did the actual work persevered early Winter and did a marvellous job with our wall, now protected from any woodpecker damage.
