Tom was great. He came to inspect the installation of our siding completed by another contractor and pointed out some things that weren't good but reassured us the rest of the job was adequate. His suggestion on how to fix the few things that needed attention worked well. Wish I had hired Ideal Siding to do the install as I feel it would have been a lot better and faster than the contractor we hired.
