Cameron did a good job in navigating through some materials issues on the project and we reached fair solutions. Crew completed the job efficiently and were concerned about the quality of their work. I would use Ideal Siding again and recommend them to others without reservation.

Although the color was incorrect on the estimate/agreement, I appreciate the way it was corrected after the job started. I felt there was good communication with the project manager. The installers were hard working and worked long hours but they should pay more attention to details (like caulking, nail covering, clean trim and siding). It would have been a better experience if there were no obvious issues at the end inspection. Quality control could have been better. Great working crew. I like the fact that Cameron stayed in touch with me throughout the entire project and kept me up to date on progress and answered any questions and/or concerns that came up. He even responded when I contacted him after business hours! That personal touch goes a long way. I felt valued as a customer. I would do business again with Ideal in a heartbeat.
