We had a fantastic experience with Ideal Siding in Boston. Elric was excellent—professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire process. This wasn’t an easy job. Working in the city can be challenging, but Ideal Siding handled everything smoothly, including all the city permitting. The space between buildings presents unique challenges. Manny was the best! He replaced our broken sliding door. Told him what we wanted, he ordered it, was delivered and he completed right away. Looks great very sturdy too. Nice guy would highly recommend him!
