Our family experience has been nothing but positive as we transitioned my Aunt from her home to the Ideal Senior Living Center. Several staff members made a point of welcoming my Aunt on her admission date. Several residents came to introduce themselves, and welcome my Aunt. All staff members (ie administrators, case management, finance, dining room staff, maintenance) have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking admission.
I cannot verify others poor experiences, but our family's recent tour and admission of our Loved One could not have been better! Megan in Admissions and Barb in Finance provided a comprehensive tour of the facility and overview all financial concerns. Dodge in Maintenance provided assistance and expertise during the relocation procedure. Nancy in Food Services and Nicole in Residential Administration were both gracious and welcoming during our admission processing. Hell hole ...the kitchen staff needs to be watched
People in high ranking positions should be trained. They are not sensitive to anyone's pre existing condition or physical limitations. We are all not created equally but should be treated the same and with respect. Lastly, please stay away from this place.
