Clean secure storage facility
We had some problems with the gate malfunctioning but the office handled it very quickly. It was quite a bit of cobwebs around the unit door as well as some small debris inside. Overall,, I would give it 4.5 but that’s not an option.
Very clean, and responsive to calls. Highly recommend!
Ideal Storage is hi easy to use. Staff is helpful and attentive. The process to sign up, pay, and gain access to my unit is easy. The facilities are clean and neat. The units exterior and interior are well maintained. The process speaks volumes about the companies ability to manage and address customers with ease.
