Easy set up and great service
10 out 0f 10 would recommend, multiple safe locations very respectful helpful staff and most importantly low storage fees.
We were a little concerned when management switched over but our experience has been wonderful. Someone is always there to greet us cheerfully when we go in to pay and they've always promptly responded when we have questions.
I had issues (technically) but when I called expecting to get the run around... Joseph went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, that I received my emails and even answered all of my questions... That call and the two too follow! It was so great speaking with someone who you could tell didn't totally hate their job... And a special thank you to Ideal Storage... Because you absolutely saved my day... My belongings... And my peace!
