No matter the problem, seriously, if I can't make it across town for a payment, if I can't find my code, if I am locked out, it doesn't matter because they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of! It is a wonderful feeling to know that a 'business' actually cares about it's customers because that is not easy to find nowadays! I want to thank EVERYONE that is a part of the Ideal Self Storage team!
Super easy to rent a unit online and start putting stuff in the same day. They even provide a lock for you, which I thought was super convenient. Love that they close access to the property at 9pm for safety. Never had any issues here and overall a pretty stress free experience. Great place.
