At first I was pleased with IDEAL SELF Storage at 1st now not so much they raised the rent from $190 to $218 i have had my items stored there 2 years I have my stuff at THE CLARK STREET LOCATION recently I went there and there are rats that got into my units where my CHRISTMAS, HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS are stored there are ruined chewed plastic totes and boxes in my other units are chewed im sure I will find damages to a brand new mattress and wooden furniture ! Do BETTER IDEAL i pay hard earned money on my units and your units... read more

The people that I've dealt with, especially Chloe, have been super professional and helpful. The process i needed to do was unnecessarily complicated and Chloe was very helpful in guiding us through it.
Justin helped me and my husband the other day and was super sweet and got us in and out in no time! Also remember guys you can also use their box truck if needed!
