I have been a customer here since December of 2014. As a quintessential nit-picky perfectionist, let me say this: I have never left Ideal Salon as a dissatisfied customer. They are fast, consistent, cheap in comparison to their counterparts, remember your preferences across multiple services provided, and somehow thread in a way that's not as painful as other salons I have flirted with over the last decade.
